Workplace Investigations
Susan conducts workplace investigations as a neutral and independent fact-finder. She approaches each matter with objectivity and a commitment to fairness, ensuring that all parties are treated with respect and that findings are grounded solely in the evidence. Susan does not advocate for any party; her role is to gather facts, assess credibility, and reach well-reasoned findings based on a thorough and unbiased review of the evidence.
She has investigated numerous employment-related complaints, including allegations of harassment and discrimination based on sex, race, disability, marital status, national origin, and religion; abusive conduct; mismanagement or negligence; retaliation; workplace violence; workplace sabotage; and wage and hour violations.
